Payment methods.

Once you have selected the products, the prices and the shopping cart total will be shown, as well as the shipping costs, all before proceeding to payment. By following all the instructions we provide on screen, you can complete the transaction successfully.

To this end, we have contracted a payment gateway that complies with the security standards required in e-commerce, so all data transmitted will be encrypted to guarantee maximum security via the HTTPS protocol, meaning we guarantee that the transaction will be carried out securely.

We will deliver the purchased products as soon as possible to the address you provide for this purpose in the order form. Delivery will always take place within thirty (30) calendar days of the order date.

These are all the payment methods available:

  • CARD PAYMENT (no increase on the final price): Payment management is handled by the bank's online gateway, where credit card details are requested to make the payment securely and immediately. Our system does not store any information related to the card, since payment is made directly with the bank for maximum security and trust
  • PAYPAL (no increase on the final price): The PayPal payment system already has more than 230 million users worldwide. It is the fastest and safest way to make payments online. You can pay using your PayPal account or, if you do not have a PayPal account, using your preferred credit card. Payment is processed through the PayPal page, so our system does not store any information related to your credit card or bank account. The payment process is fast, secure and completely transparent.
  • BIZUM (no increase on the final price): Payment management is handled by the bank's online gateway, where your phone number and Bizum code will be requested to make the payment securely and immediately. Remember that you need to activate it in your bank's app or request it from your bank. Our system does not store any information related to the payment, which is made directly with the bank for maximum security and trust.
  • BANK TRANSFER (no increase on the final price): Orders paid by bank transfer will be held for 3 business days awaiting payment, starting the day after the order is placed. We therefore ask that you place your order only when you are able to make the transfer. Also note that if the transfer is made from a different bank than the ones we provide, it could take 24 to 48 hours. For this reason, and to speed up orders, we ask that deposits or transfers be made from the same banks whenever possible.
  • PAYMENT IN STORE (no increase on the final price): With this method, payment will be made at the store selected for pickup. Orders paid in store will be held for 2 business days awaiting payment/pickup, starting the day after the order is placed.
