What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 24 hours if received before 3:00 PM. Delivery times for the Iberian Peninsula are 24 hours via MRW 14 horas.
For other destinations, delivery times vary; please inquire or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?

Can I request an invoice?
Yes, at checkout you can provide your invoice details or request one later at info@traveltienda.es .

Cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Bizum, Google Pay, etc., bank transfer and in-store payment.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with the tracking number once it's shipped. You can track it on the carrier's website.
What happens if I'm not home when the order arrives?
The carrier will leave a notice to reschedule the delivery or pick it up at the nearest office.

We accept returns within 304 days (from receipt) for unused items in their original packaging.
