Return Policy

At Travel Tienda we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your order free of charge within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt.

Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the item must meet the following requirements:

• Be in perfect condition, exactly as it was shipped.
• Not have been used.
• Retain its original packaging in good condition, with all labels, accessories and documentation included.

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or lacking their original packaging cannot be accepted as returns.

2. We will send you the instructions and the prepaid return label.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Excluded items

Final clearance items and personalized products are excluded from this policy, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
