2. PURPOSE
These terms regulate the use that the Provider makes available to users of the Website, and are intended to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website about the terms of use of the website.
Through the website, the Provider gives users access to various content, services, information and data (the "content"), made available to users by the Provider or by third-party service and content providers.
Anyone accessing this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set out here, as well as any other applicable legal provision, and if they do not agree with any of the conditions set out here, they must refrain from using this website.
The Provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such modifications, publication on the Provider's website being deemed sufficient.
The use of certain services will also imply acceptance, without reservation, of the specific Terms that the Provider may establish at any time, replacing or supplementing these General Terms of Use.
3. LIABILITY
The Provider disclaims any type of liability arising from information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.

Since the Provider cannot always control content introduced by third parties on their websites, it assumes no responsibility for such content. This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the Provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or that force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances may occur that make access to the website impossible.
If an error is detected in the price entered for an item after an order has been received, the Provider will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the issue and offer you the option of cancellation or maintaining the order at the correct conditions. The automatic confirmation email does not validate incorrect price conditions. In the event of cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded to you. Without your express agreement to the correct price conditions, the shipment will not proceed.
4. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Although in principle the duration of this site is indefinite, the Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the provision of its services, in whole or in part, at any time, without the need for prior notice to Users.
Likewise, the Provider may modify the Terms of Use of this website at any time.
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms are subject to Spanish law, submitting any dispute to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the city of Cambre, except in cases where jurisdiction corresponds to the consumer's place of residence.
